Implementing new technology poses challenges such as resistance to change, skill gaps, and high costs, along with technical issues like system integration and compatibility. Poor planning, unclear objectives, and cultural barriers can hinder adoption, while data security risks and regulatory compliance add complexity. Measuring ROI and scalability may also create uncertainty, and reliance on vendors can introduce additional risks. Addressing these challenges requires strategic planning, effective training, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on aligning technology with organizational goals.

Often the approach to introducing new technology is covering of wide spectrum of potential benefits, which makes it difficult to sustainably implement.


While the end goal might be full utilization across multiple teams, we found that to ease the implementation a practical evaluation of two factors help the teams to connect:

-          what new they need to know about the technology

-          what specifically they need to do differently

-          what are the core requirements from all possible practices to build and scale from
